2026 Aufguss USA Competitions
SHOW AUFGUSS NATIONAL COMPETITION
WHEN: MAY 19–20, 2026
WHERE: BATHHOUSE IN DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN
WHAT: AUFGUSS WM SHOW COMPETITION
The 2026 Aufguss USA Show Competition is a two-day event hosted at the newest Bathhouse location in downtown Brooklyn (540 Atlantic Ave.), home to the largest sauna in North America, seating 100+ guests.
The top two solo performers and top two teams will advance directly to the Aufguss WM Finals at Satama Saunapark, Germany (Sept 13-20, 2026). Third-place finishers will earn the opportunity to compete for a spot in the finals at the Aufguss WM Playoffs at Thermen Bussloo, Netherlands (August 27-30, 2026).
MODERN CLASSIC NATIONAL COMPETITION
WHEN: MAY 21, 2026
WHERE: BATHHOUSE IN FLATIRON
WHAT: AUFGUSS WM MODERN CLASSIC CUP
The 2026 Aufguss USA Modern Classic Cup competition takes place at Bathhouse Flatiron (14 W 22nd Street) and celebrates the traditional art of classic Aufguss. Emphasizing heat control, essential oils, towel technique and guest connection, without costumes or theatrical storytelling.
Top-ranking performers will qualify to represent the United States at the Aufguss WM Modern Classic Cup Finals.
Final venue and dates to be announced by Aufguss WM.
